Building Maintenance Manager

What will your role be?

• Manage building maintenance and related technologies.
• Manage spare parts inventory.
• Carry out root cause analysis of failures and propose corrective action.
• Cooperate with specialists and external personnel in the design and implementation of new buildings and associated technologies, and in the modification and repair of existing buildings. 
• Manage projects related to facilities management.
• Maintain records of repairs and preventive maintenance.
• Carry out layout changes.
• Accountability for the cost of equipment and activities within their area of responsibility.
