Initial interview - The Meiller Academy is for anyone with a desire to learn. First, we meet for an interview to discuss all the information about possible entry.

Sign the contract - you are our employee from the start.
Your job and salary are guaranteed.
* Gross pay 26.990 CZK

Theory and practice in virtual reality and with a real welder where you wiil weld your first piece of steel.
In 1 month you will learn everything you need to know.
* Gross salary 31.050 CZK + 5.000 CZK recruitment bonus

Work experience with a qualified mentor on the factory floor. You will work with your mentor for 6 weeks. Salary after trial period.
* Gross salary 36.010 CZK + 5.000 CZK recruitment bonus

After 3 months on the course and 3 months in production, you'll work your way up to becoming an independent welder and start qualifying for extra bonuses.
* Gross pay 39.980 CZK

After 3 months on the course and 6 months on the production line, you will be able to take the exam to become an ISO 9606-1 certified welder.
* Gross salary 42.100 CZK
We'll pay for your exam.
* Gross salary at the end of the Meiller Academy phase, including all financial benefits

How much is the course?
