What will your role be?
Managing the return process:
- Coordinate and track complaints from notification to resolution.
- Work with the team and customer to find the best solution.
Dimensional and visual inspection of first pieces/samples:
- Thoroughly check the dimensions and visual characteristics of the first pieces produced.
- Record results and make corrections if necessary.
Leading and participating in VDA audits:
- Leading and organising VDA (Verband der Automobilindustrie) audits.
- Work with other departments to improve quality and processes.
Preparation of QM reports:
- Carry out qualitative and quantitative analysis of production processes.
- Produce reports and recommendations for management team.
Evaluating data:
- Analyse data from various sources (e.g. production lines, test equipment).
- Identify trends, deviations and propose action where appropriate.
What you need to know or have:
- High school education , or apprenticeship with work experience.
- Group B driving licence (C is an advantage).
- Basic PC and MS Office skills.
- Accountability for the work.
- Willingness to work shifts.
