INFORMATION ON THE PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA OF JOB APPLICANTS
Dear Candidate,
The following information is provided to ensure that you are fully and transparently informed about the processing of your personal data, including special categories of personal data, by the data controller, in accordance with Article 13 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation), hereinafter referred to as "GDPR".
1. The data controller is F. X. MEILLER Slaný s.r.o. with its registered office in Slaný, Netovická 386, Kladno district, postal code 274 01, ID No.: 49706454 (hereinafter referred to as the "Controller"). 2.The Controller declares that it complies with all obligations arising from the GDPR and other legal regulations, processes personal data in a lawful, fair and transparent manner, to the extent necessary for the stated purpose, and has taken appropriate technical and organizational measures to ensure the protection of this personal data.
3.The personal data of applicants will be processed by the Controller for the purpose of negotiating the conclusion of employment contracts, work performance agreements and work activity agreements within the framework of the selection procedure. The legal basis for the processing of personal data is the Controller's legitimate interest in knowing the applicant's data, in particular for the following purposes:
a) assessment of the applicant's fulfillment of the required criteria (legal ground based on the legitimate interest of the administrator);
b) entering into a basic employment relationship with a suitable candidate (legal basis consisting in the performance of a contract to which the candidate is a party or in the implementation of measures taken prior to entering into such a relationship);
c) registration of job applicants (legal basis consisting in the consent given by the applicant);
4. The Controller will request personal data from the candidate only to the extent necessary for the stated purposes and will process the personal data obtained in this way for no longer than 6 months from the end of the selection procedure, after which it will destroy the personal data.
5. If the job applicant is interested in being included in the database of job applicants maintained by the Controller, such processing is possible on the basis of the consent given by the job applicant. The personal data contained in the database of job seekers will be stored by the Controller for a period of 1 year, after which the personal data will be destroyed.
6. The source of the personal data is the data provided directly by the job applicant in the questionnaire, CV or other documents. The Controller processes the identification and contact data of job applicants to the extent that the applicant has voluntarily provided it to the Controller
7. The Controller declares that the personal data of job applicants will be disclosed only to the relevant employees of the Controller, who are obliged to maintain confidentiality of such data. This applies primarily to authorized employees of the HR department.
8. The personal data of job applicants are not transferred to non-EU countries and no automated decision-making takes place during the selection process.
9. The personal data of job applicants may be transferred to processors solely on the basis of a contract for the processing of personal data with all the guarantees otherwise provided by the Controller and to other controllers solely in connection with the performance of legal obligations.
10. A job applicant has the right to:
a) access to his/her personal data (according to Article 15 GDPR)
b) rectification (according to Article 16 GDPR)
c) their erasure (according to Article 17 GDPR)
d) restriction of their processing (under Article 18 GDPR)
e) the portability of personal data processed by the controller (pursuant to Article 20 GDPR)
f) to object to the processing of his or her personal data (pursuant to Article 21 GDPR)
g) the right to review an automated decision (under Article 22 GDPR)
Furthermore, the job applicant has the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority, which is the Office for Personal Data Protection, located at pplk. Sochora 27, 170 00 Praha 7.
11. By submitting the online form, you confirm that you are aware of the privacy policy and that you accept it in its entirety.
12. The Controller is entitled to change these conditions. The Controller will publish the new version of the privacy policy on its website.
These terms and conditions will take effect on 01.07.2024
